Fantasy Becomes the Standard

Yeah, I said it.

People will disagree, but think about it: both can create unrealistic expectations.

Porn can make men believe women should have perfect bodies.

Romantic K-dramas can make women believe men should be rich, handsome, high-status, emotionally perfect, and always romantic.

Neither represents the average person.

The real danger is repetition. When you constantly consume unrealistic fantasy, the extreme starts feeling normal—and reality starts looking disappointing.

Fantasy is fine. But when fantasy becomes your standard, reality will never be enough.
